Marcella Hazan’s The Essentials of Classic Italian Cooking

I’ve made three recipes from here so far and they’ve all been amazing. I wish I’d bought my copy new instead of used — this copy is kind of dingy — but at the same time I like that I have a battle tested edition. Looking forward to putting it to further tests.

    1. Ha. I keep forgetting to take pictures! One was even picture ready.
      1. Her famous tomato sauce with butter and onion.
      2. Her equally famous chicken with two lemons. This one looked nice after I took apart the chicken, put it on the platter with some lemon wedges, parsley, and the jus.
      3. Her not so famous sausage and cream pasta.
      All the recipes are out there somewhere if you search for her name with the recipe.
